5. Payment Terms

All fees are stated on our website and payable in advance. Tranquilidad Plus may update fees at any time; changes apply only to new engagements.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with all offerings. Refunds and rescheduling are handled as described below.

6.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointed time, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled once. Requests must be submitted via our contact page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

6.2 Information Products

For digital guides and e-books, a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided the material has not been downloaded or accessed. Once content is accessed, refunds are at our discretion. After 60 days, no refunds will be granted.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may return physical items delivered to you within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

6.4 Non-Refundable Fees

Certain one-time administrative fees and special processing charges are final and non-refundable due to third-party commitments.
